Exceptional is the only word to use to describe Jan-Pro and their team!! Steve assured us upon meeting our house we be newer than new for our post construction clean and he delivered that and MORE!
His crew, Danny and team were exceptional with the care they used in cleaning our newly built home. From removing construction dust on our walls, to scraping glue off our wood floors, we were speechless to walk into a perfectly spotless home.

I was in New Rochelle and had a few empty retail sites that I needed some deep cleaning and carpets cleaned up, I called JAN-PRO in Rye, and Steve took my call, and came out to look at my needs. He sent Fabian? spelling may be off, but he and his team did a great job getting in, getting the work done and letting me get on with my things! I always appreciate the coverage that JAN-PRO offers and just about every single area has been very helpful and done great work!!

This is the most unprofessional, worst cleaning company. They did an awful job and the customer service was horrific. The "TEAM LEADER" was unqualified and did not know how to clean. The manager was rude and did not address any concerns we raised. They had a great proposal, but did not do any of the things they promised to do. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
