We engaged Gary to sand and stain the first and second floors of our house and the stairs/railing. Gary did a fantastic job and we are extremely happy with his craftsmanship, customer service and working style. He was kind, understanding and patient. It is very clear that Gary’s first priority is customer service . He took a lot of stress out of the project by coming up with suggestions to be as minimally invasive to our day to day life - moving furniture for us and doing the project in stages. When you find a service business that is outstanding and reliable you go with them again. Working with Gary and his team was a great decision the first time. Then we needed them again. From the initial quote to the final cleanup, they are professional, always on time, fairly priced, working with them is a pleasure. Old floors made new again! I recommend them without any reservation whatsoever.
We couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Craig did refinishing our wood floors. From the moment the project was complete, they looked absolutely brand new and finished with a level of craftsmanship that truly elevated our entire home.
What impressed us even more was Craig’s integrity and dedication after the job was done. A few weeks later, another contractor accidentally damaged a portion of the newly finished floors. Without hesitation, Craig came back and carefully repaired the area, restoring it to look just as flawless as the original finish. You would never know anything had happened.
