I went to get a lash lift and tint by Isabel and it was the best experience ever! She was very gentle during the entire process and verbally spoke through every action she took. I left that salon looking and feeling like a brand new person. Will definitely go back again for her. LOVE IT!

I saw miss Ellie today, and I could not be happier with the result she gave me! I have not had a hair cut in over 2 years, had horribly done balayage from a different a different place, curly hair and not a clue the style I wanted to flatter my face. Ellie and I chatted while she did my hair which she did quick but with great details! I got to my car and cried, I have not seen this side of me in a hard and long 5 years of a journey of finding myself again. I can not thank Ellie enough! She now has a loyal customer!

I asked for an edge up and to square off the back, trim off neck hair. After an hour of waiting was almost going to walk out, nobody else in line, just socializing and a relaxed place. 3 minutes after in the chair, my kids could have done better. $20 later and what......... I used to go here alot and was just swinging in for a trim. Well no more. Not So Fantastic Cuts. Have to wonder why so many of their workers don't stay.

The first time I've been to this place was back from last year on November 2024. The haircuts I get are very unique, which remind me of my past visits to the haircuts salon in Monticello and my mom's past haircuts.

I walked in only knowing that I wanted highlights. Isabel was so kind and made very good suggestions. I got half head highlights that are beautiful, subtle and exactly what I wanted. Isabel also did my lash lift and tint. She was very gentle I got through it with no discomfort. I highly recommend ISABEL.😊

Isabel is an amazing colorist and stylist. I have been so happy with her work. I also bring in my daughter (8), who has a very tender scalp, and Isabel is the only stylist she will let cut her hair now. Isabel can also make sense of what I'm trying to explain as to what I'm looking for. And does wonder job interpreting my vision. She is warm and welcoming always making sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend her.
Plus the salon is very clean and welcoming and that's always a plus!

Kelly, from the new Windsor Fantastic Cuts - dyed my green hair black, and perfected my curl routine. She gave me tricks to manage curly hair and the best products, Loving it!
