Very disappointing experience with Watson Plumbing and Heating Corporation. As a property owner who has lived in this neighborhood for over 38 years, I was honestly shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced.
The staff came across as dismissive and unhelpful, and the entire operation felt disorganized from the moment I arrived. There was little to no direction on where the office was located, and getting basic guidance or assistance felt unnecessarily difficult. I only had a question and no emergency, imagine if I had one! Lol
There’s probably a reason the Watson Plumbing sign is so large — it seems to be the only thing speaking for the company. Unfortunately, professionalism, communication, and customer service clearly are not.
If weekend staff are unable or unwilling to assist customers, they should consider changing their operating hours to Monday through Friday instead of giving people the impression they can receive help on Saturdays.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional plumbing help.
And please don’t reply with a generic apology. This is your staff and they represent you.

First time using Watston's for a toilet reset due to a clog. The customer service is outstanding and Ruben is a pleasure to talk to and attended my questions courteously and professionally. He made sure he squeezed me in for a same day appointment. The plumber KJ is amazing! Young man and knows his stuff. He was very professional, well spoken, and did amazing work. I would recommend this company and will be using them for future needs! Thank you!

Very pleased with the service (fixed leaky shower). They were on time (15 min early) and courteous. They even took their shoes off! Price was exactly as quoted. They stayed probably an extra 20 minutes and could’ve charged us more but didn’t.

I have no issue with the quality of work Watson's does and for this reason I have stuck with them for 10 years. Recently I have noticed their pricing has gone through the roof. As a contractor I know plumbers are not cheap but charging through the nose for simple repairs that take no time isn't a good business practice. I have also been double billed 4 times in the past 3 years and their accounting and administrative process is haphazard at best. It's next to impossible to get an estimate from them in advance before they show up.

Dwayne and his partner are excellent! These two are very respectful, patient, caring and understanding, they both do professional work. They did a wonderful job replacing a pipe in the apartment above me in NYCHA that was causing a leak in my apartment. I would recommend these two any time!
