Secondary to a malfunctioning air conditioner, the carpet in a 12X12 office space became very wet. Because of that, and the accompanying odor, the space became unusable. Fortunately, and given their appreciation of the urgency of this matter, NYTDR was able to expeditiously come to our location and assess the situation.
