Hana was terrific. Helped me find a frame and discussed lots of options. I like to visit when the store isn’t busy so a weekday before noon is best. I will come back and look for Hana when I make my final choice. I also had an eye exam with Dr Melanie. Very thorough and patient. Very good listener. All around great experience.

I love Warby Parker because it offers a seamless experience. You browse and try all the frames you like without staff interference, and then complete the purchase with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Staff is never pushy. You can even do your eye exam there (but note they do not do it for rigid gas permeable contacts). Stores decor is pleasant and puts you in a relaxed mood. Definitely recommend!
