My doctor Neil Pasco is outstanding and goes above and beyond and his nurse is 5 stars but unfortunately my appointment on 7/25/25 at 11 was not nice all of the female desk agents on the 4th floor of 26st in Manhattan was unpleasant and unprofessional but there was a shining star the one male desk agent he was calm and went above and beyond to help me. He was also 5 stars along with my doctor and nurse. While it's true a few bad apples can spoil a bunch . This time those few good ones made my day! I have a update to this review.
