Travis did an amazing job inspecting the apartment my wife and I are interested in. He was extremely communicative while we set up the appointment and afterwards with followup questions. He wrote up an extremely detailed report covering all the pertinent appliances/infrastructure and addressed our specific concerns extremely well.Overall a fantastic job and would highly recommend.

Travis has conducted two home inspections for us. Both were very thorough and helpful. Scheduling was easy, pricing was reasonable, and payment was straightforward. Both times Travis went above and beyond, including extra components of the inspection as a courtesy. He was also very helpful in providing qualitative input about the findings of the inspections after they were complete, which contextualized the reports and made it easier to get our heads around what they meant. Highly recommended!

Travis of Total Inspections is the ultimate professional! We used his home inspection services to survey a co-op apartment that we were about to purchase. Before even meeting us Travis patiently explained the whole process and was very transparent about his fees which were quite reasonable.
