I hired Cindy Sterling to do my financial plan after years of doing it on my own. I wanted and was expecting customized strategies and a detailed plan but after handing over all my financial documents — and thousands of dollars in payment to her — all she delivered was a recommendation to pull all my money out of current investments and put it all in a target date fund. This was a complete misrepresentation of Cindy’s skills and services, and I’m beyond angry I paid her thousands of dollars to get the most basic advice that someone with no financial education or experience would provide. Do no waste your time or money here.
