Mickey is wonderful. I spilled black coffee on my rug and found his business online. Immediately, on the phone, he was super funny, nice, and professional. He gave me a very fair price for cleaning my large rug and did his best to accommodate my schedule and needs. Within a few hours, he and his helper came over and picked up the rug.
