My family and I have been getting our hair cut, colored and styled at Scott J Aveda on 72nd for nearly 10 years. Julissa, a master stylist, is the most exceptional professional. She is not only incredibly talented, but also the warmest and most caring human. She is patient and able to customize her approach to each individual client. We love her and the Scott J team!
Claudia was wonderful as usual. Really good at coloring and helping me style my hair and enjoyable to chat with.
There was a little snafu at checkout when I wanted to use an offer that had been emailed to me only to be told that I was not eligible for it. I found that quite insulting--why would Scott J email an offer to me that even referenced the stylist I prefer and then tell me I'm not eligible for it. That makes for very poor client relations! If there is an offer that for some reason I am not eligible for, DO NOT send it to me.

I am a regular at Scott J. Aveda Salon and I work with the colorist and stylist Steven Royster. He's amazing and the whole staff is so wonderful and give the BEST customer service. When I leave the salon I always feel so beautiful and happy because of the excellent care, color, and haircuts that I receive. Do yourself a favor and check out this incredible and caring salon!
