An incredibly friendly staff greets you before they do wonders with your hair. The incredible Gus is now working here. He is a wizard of color and I've been going to him for over a decade. Had a different person at a nj salon do my hair last time and it was a disaster. Went to gua last night and he fixed it all, giving me back my bright and warm blonde. Before and after pic says it all. Great place. Excellent results.

Love it. My stylist, Christophe, is a wizard with cuts and colors, and the other stylists and colorists are terrific as well, especially Rosario himself. Everyone is friendly, from receptionist to shampoo assistants, and the entire process is soothing and spa-like. Have a cappuccino!

I work in this salon but it was 12 years ago. Still nice place. It was good to visit Rosario the owner and some of the coworkers.

I have been going to Christophe Bouchet at Rosario Aquista for over a decade, and have always been happy when I leave. Their service is excellent, with support staff that are talented and considerate, and the stylists are all invested in pleasing their clientele. There are no fights or personal dramas here. It's pricey, like all good Upper East Side salons, but worth it. Christophe is amazing: he was able to tame my unruly hair and give me practical advice on hair care and cuts, things I never knew before. He's highly in demand, often flying to other parts of the country for clients, and doing hair for weddings at their locations. But if he's not available the others are excellent as well, from Rosario himself to hilarious Bruno, to Marc, to all the others. You, too, will leave happy.

I've been going to see Mark Daniels over 10 years. My hair is very fine and very difficult to style properly, unless you are Mark ;) he is always cut & style to perfection (color too)!!! The staff is very warm and friendly.

I had a coupon and came in as a tourist looking for a big time haircut. I got fantastic highlights and a very personalized time with Rosario. He spent a lot of time talking to me, finding out about my preferences, hair fussing ability, job, dress habits. Then he gave me a simple but stylin' haircut. Everyone in the salon was very professional and not pretentious. The price was a little higher than at home...but much less than I had expected. Thanks, Rosario!
