Just had our first visit and I am blown away!!! My 70-lb bully mix, Ferdinand, absolutely hates vet visits and this is the only office that made him feel comfortable enough to even be touched. Dr. East & Jessica were incredibly kind and understanding, even when Ferdie started to act out which I felt so bad about. He didn't need a muzzle during the exam which was shocking because we've tried 4 other vets in the city this year alone, and none of them were able to lay a single finger on him. They are superb vets and very thoughtful and attentive. The staff is also incredibly helpful and responsive. They also follow up after each appointment to see how my pet is doing and if I have any questions.
Love the staff - both support and the doctors. They all really seem to care about my girl which to me is everything. Never feel rushed or like I'm intruding like I have at other Vets in the area. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
