this place has gotten super whack. they’ve added more rooms but they’re all essentially just “lukewarm water blasting you from a different direction”. many of their relaxation rooms are just “rocking chair in room” or “mattress on ground”. the view from the outdoor pool is unrivaled but not a single pool is actually hot. the food is so so bad and overpriced, as well as the drinks. and the kicker is they charge 8$ if someone (accidentally or otherwise) takes your robe, 4$ if you need another towel…! at a spa filled with pools! when all the robes look the same! i’d say save your money and go to cheap baths in lower manhattan, or go to a proper... read full review

We had a wonderful time! Lots of different options of saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation rooms. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and it felt peaceful and spacious and was not at all crowded. Would definitely recommend!

I found the space to be very confusing. It would have been helpful to have a guide and a brief tour. There was too much wandering. There were fun surprise treatment moments that I happened upon. The pool water was tepid and would be better if at least one of the pools was hot. The views are spectacular.
