Fantastic experience! Thank you, PristineGreen! They cleaned some chairs we hadn’t had cleaned in 15 years and now we’ve scheduled them to are come back and clean the rest of our furniture and rugs! Would recommend their service to anyone.

I called PristineGreen to clean a very old ikea rug that has never been professionally cleaned, with years worth of accrued hair and dirt in places our vacuum cleaner couldn’t reach. Our 4x6 rug would have cost less than their minimum ($120), but they gave us a discount deal to clean both our couch and the rug for not much over the minimum. The technician was courteous, agreeing to text when he arrived rather than ring our doorbell to avoid waking up our baby, and also agreeing to wear a mask while he worked. Highly professional and honest company. We had an awful stain on our rug due to a flood. Instead of trying to sell me a cleaning that wouldn't do the job (as another company did), they were honest with me and said that due to the materials a cleaning wouldn't help and we have to throw out the rug.
