David performed an excellent job! He arrived at my house so soon that I was astounded. He arrived on time, was courteous, and finished his task fast. He even managed to open a particularly difficult lock I had. Despite the difficulty of the situation, he was quite amiable and patient. If you ever want a locksmith, I would unquestionably suggest contacting him and On The Go Locksmith!
The guy came an hour after I called and solved the problem in 30 mins. Not sure how other reviewers got the lock replaced at $120. They don't provide cost estimates and have to evaluate in person. I was charged almost $600 including tax for replacing the existing lock. I will list the service fee here for others as a reference. $65 emergency fee. $275 for drilling and taking out the dysfunctional lock. $185 for installing a new lock. And tax. He is a smart guy. Helped me block the problematic lock button to prevent deadlock.
Technician was awesome! He was at my house within 15 minutes, spent 10 minutes fixing the busted lock, and the cost was totally reasonable. I hope I don't need his services again, but will definitely use him if needed!
