New York Sports Club - Midtown is a premier fitness hub that has been serving the northeast community for nearly 50 years. The club boasts a welcoming and diverse atmosphere, where people come together with the common goal of improving their health and well-being through fitness. The staff is described as very pleasant and friendly. It is a decent and reasonably priced gym that is reliable and has brand new equipment, though a lot of the equipment is a little old and outdated but it has 90% of everything you need. It is never crowded and almost empty most of the time outside of 5-7pm, though it can be overly crowded especially in the evenings. The sauna is closed early on weekdays and also shut down on weekends. Overall, the Midtown location of New York Sports Clubs is described as a pleasant and enjoyable fitness destination, particularly for those seeking a quieter pace.

The other trainers as well Felix Rick keep you motivated during every workout. I highly recommend NYSC gym to anyone looking for professional trainers and a positive fitness environment! The non training staff are awesome and greet everyone by name and a welcoming smile. Not judgemental at all.
I have been taking Zumba classes with many different instructors over the years. I recently joined NYSC and found LADY MAYA. She is absolutely my favorite!!!! She is a great dancer, a wonderful instructor and a lovely person! Her love of dance and energy take you to a next level! Her classes are addictive!!!
Kevin Weekes at NYSC on 41st & 3rd Ave was very professional and attentive when I arrived today. I actually decided to joined the club thanks to Kevin recommendations and approaches. Thank you again.
