Neptune helped us with three units in a Manhattan apartment being gut renovated. Responsive, they guided us not only on the immediate project of connecting the units to our Wifi and mobile, but they also provided additional, longer-term solutions to make the insulation more efficient. Emails were responded to quickly, appointments a breeze, and we won't hesitate to work with them again. Great job!
Neptune was so easy to work with -- super communicative on email and a very easy invoicing/estimate system, which I find super rare with maintenance/repair companies. Worked cleanly and efficiently in our apartment! Highly recommend.
