Lena did such a great job on my lashes. My second time coming back, and I wanted a natural anime look, and she delivered! She also made sure that I was comfortable first before letting me leave, and was so patient with my lashes! My lashes turned out exactly how I wanted them to. Will come back next time I’m in town

I come here regularly and have had different technicians do my lashes - they consistently do a great job! There was only one time when a lot of my lashes for one eye fell out the next day, but when I contacted the business they told me about the 7-day satisfaction guarantee, so I was able to go in the same week to get the one eye touched up for free (you have to go in within the 7-day period). Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait, but I honestly don't mind it too much because they're just taking their time to do a good job and check in with each person to make sure they like their lashes. I would much rather have someone carefully do my lashes rather than rush...read full review
