it's a very clean facility. however the shortage of staff. especially the weekends is impossible. one person to assist 17 residents is insane. staff does their best. need more nurses. stat!!! i'd still bring my loved ones here before anywhere else in harlem. R.S

My mother has been a patient in the Henry J. Carter LTAC unit on the 6th floor for 6 months. The care and medical attention that she receives is excellent ! I am more than thankful for the kindness that is shown to my family and my Mother! The facility is clean and the staff takes care of the cleanliness of their patients.After being at some other facilities there is no comparison. Henry Carter is the Best! Especially 6 West!

Phenomenal level of care. Facility is new and very clean! Doctors provide high level of care and are gentle, respond quickly and accurately to requests and questions. I feel so lucky to have found this place for my family member who had a stroke.
