Excellent place. Richie and the others do perfect haircuts every time, go the extra mile to make the experience great, take their time, and work hard -all for an affordable price. I haven’t found a better value anywhere in the city. Richie is the man, and I’ll be coming back many many times.

I had been struggling to find a real hair technician since i've moved to NYC. Everywhere I went; I could only find good looking over priced souless salons which seems more like a social influencer hub than an actual hair salon/barber with really skilled hair stylists.Today I stumbled into Level 78 as it's close to where I live and needed a fix. It was refreshing to see that all of their staff were above the age of 40 which to me was a real sign that this is a place where the stylists are really experienced.I had an appointment through their online system which assigned me to Irina.
