This is a terrible testing center. Never received my results after 24 hours. Emailed them, no response, tried talking to them on they’re chat option on line and still no response. Don’t waste your time.

I am a neonatal ICU nurse in NYC who relies on efficient COVID testing in order to go into work and safely care for patients. The first time I was swabbed at LabQ, I called 4 days later after not receiving my test results and after being on hold for an hour, I was told they can see that I was swabbed but no record of my swab ever making it to the lab. They said they couldnt provide me with any documentation that they lost my specimen, so now I am without any proof of getting tested which is crucial for my job. If there was some sort of notification system at least of your test status, I maybe wouldn't have wasted 5 days waiting for my test result. I was extremely... read full review
