The team of Integrative Physical Therapy of NYC is one of the most attentive and caring team I've ever worked with. Being in my late thirties, my 15 years of sitting at a desk and doing high intensity work out for the occasional beach bod has really caught up to me. Within weeks, the program that they placed me has removed most of my neck pain. On top of that, they worked really closely with me on building a plan for pre and post workout care so I can continue enjoying the activities that I've done for many years and continue to so for years to come. I’ve been coming here after an injury that led to a disc herniation and have had a great experience. I’ve mostly worked with Frank, who has been amazing and despite how busy he is, he always takes the time to really understand what’s going on and tailor each session. I’ve also worked with several other team members, and everyone has been kind, knowledgeable and professional.
