I’ve taken several classes already and I’m hooked! The instructors respect the original practice and structure of Bikram and the corrections are always done thoughtfully. The manager creates a welcoming environment. Ask for the electrolyte water.
This year, I've had the pleasure of visiting Hot Yoga Chelsea several times, and even though it's a 40-50 minute commute, it's 1000% worth it. I only wish I could go more often! As someone relatively new to yoga, I really appreciate how warm and welcoming the staff is, and all the instructors are so supportive. I have a knee injury, and they always offer helpful adjustments to accommodate my needs. The studio is also spotlessly clean.
