I have been coming to this acupuncture place for a few years. Even though it’s located near the mayhem of time square, they provide excellent service and everybody is kind and friendly. As other reviews have mentioned, they are very organized. I schedule my appointments via text usually the week before or even a day before and there’s never a wait. All the massage therapists are really great. However, I wish they had better massage tables. The tables don’t provide enough support and comfort. They also don’t seem ergonomic for the workers. I have been going twice a week for my back. Before I came I was in so much pain and it was difficult to even stand up from a sitting position. After a couple of weeks I felt a significant improvement. I am so appreciative for the great results I’ve obtained.
They've been really great to me throughout the duration of my injury. There were some initial hiccups, so I'd make sure that you have all the information prior to receiving services. I had a lower back injury in the beginning of November. I was recommended to go to physical therapy (which I wanted to do elsewhere), so initially, I only wanted to use their services for acupuncture.
