Upon entering I welcomed. I had an appointment and was seen within 15 min which was clearly communicated by my stylist. We had several conversations about my goal for my hair (cut both wet & curly, wash/steamer) and what would be done during the appointment and we discussed plans for future appointments. I was done within an hour and that was perfect for me.

I researched and finally found a place that does natural hair. And came up with this wonderful place, my daughter got a Silk press and clipped ends. And the stylist was Lucinda J. And she were wonderful. This was my daughter first time being in a hair salon. And that's because I've always did her hair , so this was More special for me to allow someone else in my daughter's head. I appreciate how Lucinda J. took care of my daughter's hair carefully.

I visited the shop on two occasions. I received excellent treatment both times from the phone receptionists to the stylist, Amanda. I came in for a consultation because I wear my braids all the time but I wanted to wash, deep condition and blow out first. Then come back for silk press and trim. I wanted to take my time deciding on my hair. Amanda was very patience and explained everything she was going to do and why it was needed especially the trim. I am always anxious about my hair because I know it is difficult to straighten. However Amanda alleviated all of my concerns.
