Recently had a tragic event and wanted to send some friends flowers. In a pinch, I started googling. It was Friday around 4pm and most places were about to close or didn't answer their phone. Flowers New Hope not only answered the call, but went above and beyond to make this happen. First, we spoke about what I needed and what the intention was. They immediately responded by providing options, color schemes and offered to make a bouquet and send photos first before even asking for payment. The communication was fast and personal. Great service. Made an online order, they actually didn’t have what i ordered. Someone called me and they made a suggestion of an alternative and it was better than what i picked! Thank you!

So glad to find this shop when getting off the M60 bus. Heading to the Hospital and he had beautiful flower arrangements with the vase and without. We were able to get a beautiful arrangement with vase for an excellent price.Pleasant and helpful guy. When in the area and in need of flowers, I definitely will return.
