I’m extremely grateful for my time with Scott and his help on my fitness journey. Scott focuses on strong foundations of stability and mobility and builds a personal program around those. I’ve had various knee surgeries and he’s worked in specific training to help rebuild stability.
Scott is extremely knowledgeable and patient and also kind and a pleasure to work with. He’s great at meeting you where you’re at and each session is tailored to you specifically. I highly recommend training with Scott!!

Have been coming here for almost 3 years and so glad for it. Scott is absolutely amazing - definitely focused on quality movement and underlying technique with kettlebells/barbells/other exercises. Every session is tailored not only to the long term goals that we’ve discussed but also to how the body’s feeling that day (sore/injured/hungover ?/etc.); I always leave feeling accomplished after a session.
In addition to the movement, Scott also assists with nutrition guidance and provides strategies to meet personal goals while also being cognizant of life stressors and personal habits.
