I bought a Groupon for full legs and regret it. During my first visit, my technician was doubling as a front desk employee so she kept on leaving the room to assist other people. My visit took way more than it should. Today, April 10th was my second visit. The person that was performing my laser was Leah. While performing laser hair removal, she laser over a part of my tattoo resulting in pulled ink and redness and pain. After the service I confronted her about it and I all heard was that she asked me if I have more tattoos. Let me mention that she asked me that almost right after going over my tattoo with the laser. UPDATE*** One of the manager contacted me and apologized for the situation ensuring me that this was not an experience they want their clients to have. I was very pleasantly surprised that they contacted me in such timely manner and offered solutions such as a refund or continuation of services plus 6 extra sessions. This is how all businesses should treat their customers.

Fantastic laser tattoo removal experience. From my experience with other spas, Envision has the highest quality laser that’s given me amazing results in just a few sessions. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.
