Mrs. Luz brushed my hair very well the first time I went. I decided to return because I had an event and I booked in advance. I called early to ask if I could arrive at 5:30 instead of 5:00pm. They told me that maybe they were going to close because it was slow and that I should call at 4. If I don't call they close the salon and don't let me know so I can look for a second option in advance. I called at 4 and no one answered me. People's time is important and communication with clients demonstrates respect for them. Worth the wait if you can’t get an appointment, but they have been able to accommodate for same day appointments at times - amazing results and definitely recommend for a wash and set!

The ladies are nice and do a decent job. I went in February with my mom and came back today to get the same exact service, yet was charged more today. I like places to have consistent set prices not change each time I go for a service.
