What impressed me the most was their expertise in handling delicate rugs, including antique, Persian, Turkish, Pakistani, and even viscose rugs. They clearly have a deep understanding of different rug materials and employ suitable cleaning techniques.
the team was responsive right from my initial contact and even sent a message the night before he came to remind us he was coming and check that that was still okay. He was punctual and very professional. He worked on pet stains and had many tricks up his sleeve to treat the problem and the viscose rug came out great.
