Dr. England is an amazing PCP- Physician with years of expertise and above and beyond bedside manners. My brother, who has a history of diabetes and hyperglycemia tendencies fell in love with Dr. England day one.
Dr. England was able to diffuse my brothers phantom pains that he was having during a sonogram. Dr. England, Presence calmed my brother down so much that the technician was able to complete the service within a half an hour.
Dr. England and his staff engages with their client to understand that their history and act accordingly.
If I didn’t have my PCP Physician, I would definitely hands-down Become a patient of Dr. England.

This review is regarding the Dental division. Terrible!! My appointment was for 11:30. I got there at 11a.m. Understanding there are more patients prior to me I waited patiently. At 12pm I had to ask if I’m still scheduled to be seen. This happened to me the day before where I had to leave b/c I waited 20mins over my scheduled time. I wasn’t able to wait due to it being a walk in appointment and I had prior commitments. The wait is insane & they do not communicate with you at all to secure that you will be seen soon. I won’t be going again.

The doctor is wonderful, but the customer service is awful. They sent my prescription to their partner pharmacy, where everything is extremely expensive and very far away. I went three weeks without my medication and watched my condition worsen. I called several times, left messages, asking them to send the prescription to the correct pharmacy, and they never did. I'm fed up after three weeks of trying and I'm going to cancel my follow-up appointment (which was supposed to be after a month of using the medication) and look for another professional. Warning: it doesn't matter if the doctor is wonderful and the staff are awful and irresponsible. My condition worsened.
