I had an appointment here this morning and Marcella was AMAZING. She was very accommodating. She was very knowledgeable and caring. I appreciate her. I needed a morning and she worked with me. I also got lost looking for a ground floor building and she text me helping me find the right building. Since Covid she said, she moved into the 1776 building with gold entrance on Broadway, floor 17. She's in a suite. It was very clean and organized. I had an IPL facial with her. I had a Groupon and she was very nice about it. She also didn't try to upsell me which I appreciate. She said I was a perfect candidate for IPL, which my derm doctor had said too. She did my whole face. The laser does sting a little but the coolness of the gel helps and the pain goes away. It's brief. She told me about aftercare. And she applied sunscreen to my face after even though I told her I had some in my bag. Very kind!! My face already looks a little better :) it does feel tender, which is expected. The sun damage areas will darken some and then flake off. She made sure to remind me not to pick at the skin! Haha. She did a great job and she made sure I was comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend her and I will be going back to her for more treatments. She was great!! I'm not going anywhere else now for IPL Facials. If I need more, she's the one to go to! Totally worth it. She's the best!

Quiet small boutique for personal attention by Marcella who is professional & can provide many services in addition to laser hair removal. I did an Ultherapy treatment for my face and several cellulite removal treatments for my thighs. She's very agreeable.

Does anyone know where Liesel went? She was my favorite and I came back here many times because of her. She apparently is no longer with Baire Hair. Desperate to find her as she was the best waxer I've ever had! Anyone have any information about where she is now???
