I visited with my mom to test a wig, and Andrew and his team were very professional. She tried on several models and received clear instructions about the process. I would highly recommend this place for patients like her who are experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy.
I'm so grateful to have found this salon which specializes in helping women, going through chemo, look their best. Our stylist, Suzie, was warm, patient, and knowledgeable while helping choose and try on a number of beautiful wigs. She explained the difference between the different materials, and how to put it on, how to care for it. The whole nine yards. She even threw in a complimentary hair cut before we left the salon. Before booking an appointment, I spoke with Andrew, himself, over the phone and he was very thorough in going over their procedure, so I knew ahead of time what to expect; there were no unpleasant surprises when dealing with the salon.
Elise could not have been more appropriate, straight forward and helpful. She was sensitive to fitting my mom pre-chemo without condescending to her and upbeat enough to make it a relatively lively, pleasant and informative experience for mother and daughter. Highly recommend this store and Elise. No hard sell from her just genuine compassion and professionalism.
