The technician was unprofessional & not that experienced but i liked that he worked hard on problem for over an hour. The clogged drain was much improved after he was done, but I think the problem still exists to a lesser extent but I won't call them back

I’m still waiting for the plumber so this is in anticipation that he comes relatively soon and my sink is fixed satisfactorily. I called at 7am in hopes that my bathroom sink could be fixed well before I had to be at work at 4pm. When the company called back at 8:30 I was told that they would have someone here within the hour. Imagine my elation. I cleared out the cabinet under the sink so they would have space to work and got to waiting. Around 10 the plumber called and said he had just arrived to the city and asked what time I had to be at work. I told him I work at 4 but my preference is to have this done as quickly as possible. He said he would be here before two....read full review

24/7 Manhattan plumbing sent one of their professionals over in about an hour to unclog a toilet. While not the cheapest option, they arrived quickly, were cordial and fast to get the job done. They also do take debit cards. Not sure about Amex, but definitely bank card. Thanks!
