Does not pay his sub contractors or honor contracts signed. Herman dodges phone calls. His office never knows what is going on. He hired my company as a sub contractor got paid in full by the owners of the project and left us out to dry. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!!!!!!!!!
