Wow! The person at the front desk is rough! She should not be managing a front desk for children. I felt like she was doing me a favor and not me paying for the service.

I would avoid this place if possible. For a healthcare facility customer service is an absolute zero. It's urgent extended hours so if they close at 10pm, I don't understand the need to give me baseless excuses on why they can't see my daughter for strep. Claimed I wouldn't get the results till next day 6pm. Not my daughter's first time having strep, we usually know the results in 10-15 mins. If they don't want to see patients at 9:30 then close, no need to lie and make sarcastic comments about the arrival time. Would definitely give zero stars if possible.

Told Wrong information over the phone. When we got there, the nurse was rude, uncaring & unprofessional. We couldnt get the care I needed for my daughter. Was told she could get an X-ray before 3pm. We rushed there but then told they were closed. They are supposed to be open till 3pm on Saturday but she called & said they are closed, it was 2:15. I guess they wanted to go home early. Very disheartening.

My daughter cancelled an appointment at this medical office more than 24 hours in advance, and Optum Medical Care still charged her a $25 cancellation fee. The billing representative I spoke with was unable to clear the fee and stated that her supervisor must first verify that the appointment was cancelled. We have text messages to prove the appointment was cancelled.

Went to this urgent care recently,was having panic attack,did an ekg and doc was ready to send me to the hospital because it came up as abnormal which I figured it would as I have had literally over a hundred of these in my 15 yrs or so of panic attacks,so,I go to get another urgent care for another ekg not long after and it was normal,if you have anxiety and this happens always get a second opinion as your heart may calm down because the first ekg I had had to do with the t-waves which factors in the ekg,I was the only one in the office at the time and it took them an hour to take care of me.

Facility, very clean, good service. Very nice stuff. Doctor Erica B. Schneider ,MD You're amazing ,professional. I felt very comfortable with an Anesthesiologist . And the nurse Nicole. Nice and patient. Overall, for the first time, I felt very nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Shpak was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind, in his emergency care of me today. He followed up with me by phone 2x regarding test results, treatment, and necessary referral. Very much appreciate his caring efforts and professionalism. So helpful to have these extended hours and x-ray nearby in same plaza. There was no wait, ease of appointment, and they were very protective of vulnerable patients regarding any contagions, and overall sterile practices and cleanliness. Thank you!

Its impossible to reach my physician since they changed from ProHealth. I have been a patient for well over 10 years and this place is ran very unprofessional as far as customer service. my doctor is great but the lack of empathy and concern scored a BIG ZERO from me. They transfer you and transfer you to endless voicemails!!! Looking for a new physician

Optum is not optimal!! Frustrating experience every time! Delayed prescriptions. Incorrect vaccine record ( MD stated I received a shingrix vax when I did not). Someone entered incorrect information in the Record!! Calls are a full time job-Got bounced from portal - unable to reach MD office ( on hold over 25 minutes) finally spoke to a "nurse " who had an serious attitude- she referred to blood tests results when the call was about medication. I no longer have confidence. I'll be leaving Optum!!

Not as in depth. But they do take your temp, BP, heart rate. Diagnose you base on your chart if you have your primary care doctor here at Prohealth. Also hours updated, not what they said on google. See picture for updated hours starting 8/1/23.
