I got a dazzle dry manicure on a Friday and the polish started turning from a white pink to yellow the same day. All of my nails were chipped 3 days later. I sent an email and called to let them know, they booked me to have them redone and made me pay for another manicure.
Went to nails by Johana because I was in need of a good pedicure. Was not too happy about my pedicure done at a previous salon. I came across this place through google and was interested in the spa services offered. My nail tech was Lucia and she did a great job. What I appreciate about her work is her attention to detail. The salon is clean and supplies were peel packed which made me feel better. Will be returning in the future.
While they do a great job, they have become super expensive and charge extra for every little thing. I have been coming here since 2020. Even when I moved to Orange County, I was making the trip to New City for my manicure. Lately I have not been able to rationalize the price and will not be returning anytime soon, but I won’t knock the hard work those girls do at the nail salon.
