I’ve been coming to Gabriella for about 9 years now and she has done it ALL for me - made me blonde , gave me highlights , hair extensions, she does it ALL AND does it all AMAAAAAZING!!! She is always so kind and caring as well. She makes every appt. exiting and comfortable!! The most accommodating, flexible, and talented there is !!

I love GC Hair i go to Gabriella, the owner, and she is amazing and always turns my hair dreams into reality. Every time I go in, I see everyone leaving with gorgeous hair, including me. It's such a treat to visit, knowing I'll come out looking exactly how I imagined. Highly recommend ??????

The best salon i've ever been to! It's been around a year that i've been coming to his place, and Yamii always does a stellar job with making sure i always leave happy! I trust only her at this point with my hair! Very stylish and staff are amazing. Parking in the back is always a plus! Prices are really reasonable and offer plenty of services.

This salon is the worst that I have been to. Gabriela does not listen to anything that you have to say about the way that. you want her to cut or color your hair. She just dyes and cuts your hair the way that she wants to do it. Even if you tell her very specifically that you want your hair done one certain way Gabriela will only do you hair the way that she wants to do your hair! Beware of this salon! I came in after reading so many good review experiences on the web for GC Hair Salon in New City. Planning early for my stay in Rockland County this summer I booked far in advance and was able to schedule a highlighting appointment with Gabriela. I was very specific with Gabriela when I sat down in her chair. She seemed like she was listening with interest to me telling her about what I wanted done with my highlights and my hair cut. I told her that in the past I have not liked chunky or too many highlights in my hair. I asked her to only add highlights to a few scant sections of my hair. I specifically pointed to the sections of my hair that I wanted not dye added. I grabbed large sections of my hair and pulled the sections of hair up to show Gabriela the parts that I did not want dyed. Gabriela said that she understood. She told me that my highlights would be minimal and that she would not dye the sections of hair that I told her not to dye. Well, I ended up with an entire head full of dye! I was looking at my phone while my hair was being dyed and I was shocked when a blow out revealed that Gabriela did my hair exactly the way that she had promised not to do my hair! I also noticed that she had taken 3 or 4 inches off when I asked for no more than 1 or 1.5 inches off! I did not ask for pricing because my budget is open, but I will add to the criticism with this salon has higher prices than that of any salon that I have ever been a patron of. Even in expensive cities that I have visited in this same calendar year they have never charged so much. I paid $305 dollars for a trim and highlights! This $305 is the price before you tip your hair stylist and before you tip your shampoo girl! Adding more, the girl who did my wash out and shampoo was talking to another young woman next to me about graduating from high school last year and it took more than 1 hour to rinse out my hair. I did not ask for any special wash out treatments!
