Body bank fitness is a great motivational atmosphere! Everything was very clean from the bathrooms to the machine equipment. I was able to take a cycling class and Their cycling studio is amazing. I also trained with one of the personal trainers tony reed and it was such a great experience! He was very tentative and personable I felt like I had a great effective work out! Can’t wait to go back! Def check our their insta page @bodybankfitness and If you need a great personal trainer @soaringfitness highly recommended joining!
Personal training oriented gym. You never have to wait for a machine or free weights. Great a d friendly trainers who are all legit and know what they're doing. In house chiropractor and spin classes as well.
I needed to get back in shape after a few months of inactivity and felt a trainer would help get me there in a more disciplined way. The location is perfect for using the Park & Ride off Squadron or running errands on Main St in New City. I did 10 sessions with Joe Carioscia at 6:30 in the morning - Tuesday's & Thursdays.. He was always on time and ready to go. He had me do a wide range of lifts and movement. I definitely got bigger and improved my core. I recommend him if you want a solid trainer who knows his stuff but isn't trying to turn you into a weight lifting fanatic. Matt, gym owner, was there almost everyday. Good guy, very knowlegable makes you feel welcome in the gym. The gym is clean and well maintained. Has a private gym feel and vibe but not stuffy or obnoxious.
