The practitioners here are not only incredibly experienced and knowledgeable but they really care about everyone who walks through their door. I love Kay and Dr. Joe and I am so thankful for their help. They've helped me recover from injuries and continue to help keep me feeling good.

I have spent two months getting physical therapy with Dr Kay. She was able to pinpoint my problem areas and help me resolve each deficit with various exercises and other techniques while educating me on how to continue improving in my daily routines. She is a wealth of knowledge, funny and is a great physical therapist! The staff is also friendly and welcoming! I recommend Hudson health and spine to anyone who wants effective treatment to be pain free, stronger and back to feeling normal.
