The nurse practitioner was very warm friendly and knowledgeable. However, entry into the Mount Vernon office building was challenging- the building door was locked and the intercom for Passport Clinic was inoperable. We waited for some time before my husband had no choice but to contact the main office and they in turn alerted the nurse that we were waiting in the foyer. Once we were in the office (aside from lack of heat) the meeting was productive.
Great service snd education by an excellent nurse who made you feel well cared for throughout the visit.
That for a great same day experience that delivered what I needed within our visit.
