The old Northeast Orthopedics, now Montefiore Einstein Orthopedics, is a dangerous place to go for treatment. They misdiagnosed my wife and forced her to endure months of unbearable suffering because they won't prescribe real painkillers, even when their use is warranted. They refused to listen to her when she begged them to look directly at her hip where the pain actually was instead of her lower back, where no nerves were being pinched by her arthritis. Instead I had to pay a large bill for a procedure that did nothing to help her. Miscommunication among doctors and staff led us to question if we were even being given the truth at all about her treatment, when they bothered to return our urgent calls at all. My wife's neurologist finally jumped in to help, immediately ordering an MRI of her hip, which showed severe degradation and edema, which was the actual cause of her pain. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. No compassionate care here, only a shuttle from office to office to rack up bills and a lack of real expertise. Certainly no empathy for someone clearly traumatized by chronic pain and literally crying for help. Don't trust them.

I wanted very badly to see this doctor. I arrived in a timely manner 15 minutes before my appointment which was at 11:30. The receptionist never said we'll be with you shortly. After reading the reviews, some people waiting up to 2 hours+ nothing was said as I walked out the door at 12:00. Unfriendly front desk receptionist and unprofessional practice.I'll be watching my insurance to make sure I wasn't charged.

I made an Appt. with Montefiore Einstein in Monroe for a knee injury which i kept telling Dr. William Davis its a possible tear. He took X-rays & dismissed my injury as arthritis & wouldn't hear anything else, prescribed Naproxen Sodium & said to see him in 2 weeks. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Garnet Health Orthopedics. They properly diagnosed me with a Tear on my MCL. I would Never recommend Montefiore, at least NOT Dr. William L. Davis Jr. He was rude as well.

Dr William Davis made me feel like I was an inconvenience. He rushed my appointment. Interrupted my questions. Didn’t know how to read a simple ankle X-ray. Zero people skills. Receptionist were too busy laughing about sending information to the wrong person. I will not be returning to this joke of a “doctor’s office”.

Dr. Robinson always gets back to me promptly when I have reached out for renewal of pain meds. Plus I believe he truly wants to get to know his patients. He advised an orthopedic surgeon on my husband's knee who was top notch. I have no complaints with Dr. Robinson.

Had a great experience today, Saw Dr Davis ,he was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions , had digital X-rays taken ,the technician was also great, he showed me what the issue was and gave me tx options , quick and easy.

**WORD OF ADVICE** Do NOT go to this medical office. 1. The staff are not friendly and welcoming. 2. The Doctors treat you like another number. Dr. Davis is the worst. No people skills. 3. You will wait over two months for your medication or treatment. 4. Forget about getting someone to return your calls or even pick up your phone calls. I don't understand how this office can stay in business. They don't care about their patients. Montefiore has an Orthopedic office in New Windsor that's way better. Staff is friendly and welcoming and their doctors don't rush you or make you feel like you are just another number. Good Luck!! Thanks

Fake🤮 & "Lying" 🤡 Dr's Which is being Reported. And that receptionist, I understand that you hate me, and that unfortunately the insurance that sent me there is "Weak" but take a chill pill & treat someone normally, and keep your bad attitude elsewhere. ( This is a unfortunate story, of two "bad" companies supposedly working together) (fake insurance add fake practices) and like all the other reviews, they are just the worst of the worst and they don't seem to care, and just "lying" on their reports, Fake & Angry 😡.
