Today I went A new location, i’ve recently gotten back surgery and was worried about coming here to grab an extra large bag for my dog food. Ryan offered to find the food, bring it to the register and after my purchase, he also brought it out to my car. I’ve never had anyone at pet supplies help me with that, I’m very grateful and will be returning to this location. Thank you, Ryan.
I really like Pet Supplies in Medford, I buy my dog’s food there since opening the store. I feel they are very nice especially Garfield who has helped me many times by carrying out my dog food and suggesting products.
Everyone in the pet supplies department is consistently exceptional every time I visit. Today, Ryan stood out in particular—he was highly knowledgeable and guided me effortlessly toward the right dog food for my needs.
