This place was amazing. Answered the phone professionally, confirmed they had what I needed. When I arrived, they showed me where the bag of dog food was and carried it to the register, then carried it to my car. It was my first time here and I am so impressed. Going back to this store instead of the big chain I used to go to. Thank you so much!
We love this location! They have a nice pet wash area and it's always clean and stocked with clean towels. A few things that I didn't know that I wish I did know was that if you prepay for five washes they give you a good discount. I also didn't know that you have to pay for the wash first. I've been coming here for quite some time and the cashier informed me that you have to pay for the wash first. Nobody ever said anything to me so I didn't know we always paid after her bath. We had a bad experience but I would say the management team truly cares for animals and their animal loving customers they quickly addressed my problems and even offered us crickets for our hungry beardie. This is our local pet store and we truly love it so it’s important to us that the relationship be a good one.
