We've used Hartman for several major projects over the years — a boiler installation and two separate Bosch AC units — and every job has gone smoothly, including yesterday's, which came with some serious challenges that the team pushed through without missing a beat.
A few people deserve specific recognition. Devin consistently goes the extra mile, is completely transparent, and genuinely makes a best effort to save us money wherever possible — a rarity in this industry. Today we had Craig and Julio do a big job that had been a problem for us over

We no longer have our kitchen sink back up when our washing machine is on !!!!

Two weeks ago, we were told by an energy-efficiency technician that our gas boiler had a carbon monoxide leak — a frightening possibility. The company that had done a tune-and-clean just 40 days prior refused to come back, telling us to call 911 and a chimney company.
