Such a beautiful, CLEAN, and relaxing studio. Every instructor is kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and brings their own personality to their classes, which I love. Bella lead the most healing and therapeutic class I've ever experienced, and I regularly attend classes with Patrick that leave me feeling more revitalized and stronger each week.

The studio is beautiful, clean and filled with warm & wonderful people. I felt comfortable my first step inside. The store area is fabulous- I ending up buying a compete outfit at a very affordable price! (Went to brunch next door- another great option.)
Chris’ Vinyasa class and Pilates class were both challenging and enjoyable. He is AMAZING. He circulated the room to ensure everyone was in the correct form. An attentive teacher is very important to me since I have multiple injuries. This studio cares about you. The teaching is next level good.
