Recent serviceman was professional & fixed my furnace fast. Thats only reason I give 3 stars.I've been a customer for 7 years. Tanks already here when I bought my home & when porco said tanks can stay, the past owner & i I agreed I would give her the deposit she paid for tanks. 6 months later porco required a deposit from me or they were taking the tanks. I ended up paying them as it was never resolved.I have heap and always paid the $ difference to keep my acct balance at $0. The recent switch to superior ended w me getting bills for over $1000. I just spoke with Sandra and helped me immediatelyand went above and beyond for me. This is why I only deal with independent companies for they take that extra time to make customers happy. I can’t thank Jill and the service man Charlie for responding so fast and getting me up and running. Such a pleasure dealing with everyone.

JUST GREAT PEOPLE!! I just get home from the hospital and my tank was just 5% or lower maybe to get through the day. I call this morning and spoke to Cindy to place an order and she said she will talk to dispatch to see if they can do anything to get it there today. 30 mins after I received a call a gentleman named Rich and he said we will get it there today and lo and behold I received my delivery within 2 hours of that call. AMAZING!!!!! They were so nice that they did not charge me and emergency fee in which I'm assuming would have been at least $150.
