Beautiful studio with different modalities offered. Love the Lagree mega room. 10 machines yet still still cozy enough to make it a somewhat personalized experience. The instructors are all great and knowledgeable. I love that everyone has their own style of teaching, which makes it a new experience each time!

Their megaformer classes are a great workout not only for building strength but also for balance and focus. Besides the physical aspect, mega classes require you to really tune into the mind/body connection which makes the workout somewhat mindful, but in a really challenging way. Also love the hot barre and hot yoga. Instructors are welcoming, energetic and pay attention to form to prevent injuries which I appreciate.

Studio 50 has the best megaformer classes! I have been going to the studio since they opened and the classes never get easy. They are challenging in the best way. I had back surgery years ago and I swear lagree is the best form of exercise to keep your back feeling great and it also helps you to get toned and strong. Highly recommend!
