Massage Envy

I really like Massage Envy, but their turnover with therapists has become a real problem. You cannot get a massage on the books for months and the last six services out of nine have been canceled by Massage Envy due to changes in therapists schedule. I am at a loss to get a massage. Even stretching has become difficult to get. I have so many credits built up. You have to pay 20 per month to suspend your membership and to be able to use credits. And you have to fill out the form every month. Twice a manager was supposed to call me and never did. Very frustrated.

After many successful years of membership, this year has been horrendous. It’s difficult to get massage appointments and they are booked months out. When you finally do get an appointment it is frequently canceled and heaven forbid you need to cancel because you can’t foresee your life weeks out. I’m so far behind in my accrued credits and I can’t catch up. Every time they get new therapists they quit before you can get your appointments done. I wish I could get refunded for these unused sessions, but it’s against their policy. Don’t subscribe to a membership here.

I got dual services 90 min facial by Jenna and 90 min massage by Erin. Both were fantastic! Jenna is friendly and very knowledgeable about skincare. Erin's firm pressure worked out all the huge knots i had in my shoulders
