I had an absolutely delightful visit at this City MD. The front desk agent was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The doctor was professional and down to earth, making the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. Upon arriving, there were plenty of parking. It was a Sunday, no wait time. Huge lobby, well lit, plenty of seating, water cooler, cups , ice water. Checkin in was quickwith cellphone. QR code checkin. The service i needed this visit required XRAY. XRAY on site. I had an excellent experience at CityMD. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive. The medical provider took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the wait time was reasonable. I truly appreciate the quality of care and kindness shown by everyone. Thank you for providing outstanding service. Friendly staff from desk to PA that I saw , quick easy check in and most importantly they listen to my concerns and delivered with the care I needed , Only urgent Care I will go to moving forward
